A little Chiquita here heading off across the pond soon. This is a nylon string custom build, 12 fret neck joint, 585mm scale length. It’s fitted with an internal K&K pickup system, controlled by under pickguard CTS thumbwheels. Sounds terrific both acosutically and amplified. It takes time to apply nitrocellulose lacquer and even longer to allow it to cure enough to polish. But the results are well worth waiting for. That deep reflection is a beauty to behold. We’ve had a bit of a start, stop, start to the new year. We all came down with COVID and had to shut the workshop for a couple of weeks (yes it is still around and feels nastier than before).
