Our customer recently traded in this lovely Londoner that has never been gigged with light home use only. The lacquer has a few little aged blemishes but you will struggle to find them. We have given the guitar a full service including dressing and polishing the frets, lemon oil to the fingerboard and ebony peripheral parts, and polishing the lacquer overall. It plays and looks like a brand new guitar.
 
The Londoner was designed in collaboration with award winning jazz guitarist, Nigel Price. The end result is a stunning archtop to Nigel’s specifications. It has a hand carved flame maple top, laminated flame maple back and sides, flame maple binding, and a three-piece maple neck. The ebony fingerboard has a 14” radius and is fitted with 22 Jescar medium EVO gold frets. The floating pickguard is ebony as are the vol/tone knobs. It is finished in a stunning bister sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer. The hardware consists of gold Gotoh SG310 1:15 tuners with ebony buttons, gold trapeze style tailpiece and a profiled ebony bridge base and saddle. The gold floating pickup is by Jon Dickinson, and the components are 500k CTS vol/tone pots, Switchcraft output jack and Spraug 0.22 orange drop cap. Londoner has a 425mm (16.73”) lower bout width, 56mm (2.20”) body depth and 635mm (25”) scale length with a 15th fret neck joint. neck has a very playable ‘C’ shape with 44.5mm (1.75”) nut width, 59mm (2.32”) end fret width, 21.5mm (0.84”) depth at the first fret and 23.5mm (0.93) at the ninth fret.
