FIBONACCI® GUITARS LTD warrants its instruments to be free of defect in material and construction for the lifetime of the product. If at any time your instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, FIBONACCI® GUITARS LTD will repair the defect(s) upon receipt of the guitar or replace the instrument, as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion. If replacement of your instrument is deemed appropriate and the same model instrument is not available, your replacement instrument will be of the current closest style and of a value not less that that of the original purchase price. This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

The subjective issue of tonal characteristics. Instruments that have been altered or modified in any way. Instruments that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident. Shipping damages of any kind. Instruments that have been subjected to extreme of humidity or temperature. Normal wear and tear. Return shipping costs. FIBONACCI® GUITARS LTD makes no other express warranty of any kind.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION:

To qualify for your Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must register your purchase online by filling out the form below and sending it to us within three months from the purchase date. Successful registration will qualify you for full warranty conditions as stipulated above. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty is valid throughout the world.

Any information submitted to FIBONACCI® GUITARS LTD is held in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any third party purposes. Information we hold is for internal company purposes and to inform members of any information from FIBONACCI® GUITARS LTD that may be beneficial to you.
