FIBONACCI AMBASSADOR
As a standard model, the Fibonacci Ambassador is a beautiful archtop in it's simplest, most understated form. No bling, no fancy inlay on the fingerboard, no quirky headstock. Just a very simple aesthetically designed guitar, its main focus being on its performance. But as a custom model, it is an exceptional guitar, and arguably second to none.
A CUSTOM FIBONACCI AMBASSADOR
Our client asked us for a custom Ambassador with a flatter shoulder and an even more understated vibe than our standard model. We have been told we delivered it in spades.
Prior to lacquer spraying, the building process of our archtops is worked through by the various luthiers we employ, each of whom has a particular area of expertise. But with this particular guitar, we felt the time should be given to Andrew Lines so he could build it entirely from start to finish. Andrew did not disappoint us and embraced the project wholeheartedly. The labour of love that has gone into this guitar is obvious....just look at the headstock!
This custom Ambassador consisted of a flatter shoulder, deeper body, hand carved select AAAAA flame maple top, back and sides, slotted headstock, end fret detail, custom bound F-holes, custom handmade tailpiece, K&K pickup with inside F-hole thumbwheel, and bister sunburst matte nitro finish.
