CARVED TOP FIBONACCI CALIFORNIAN FOR SALE!
We have a real treat for you this month. We are selling this gorgeous Californian for a friend who has decided to let it go simply because he doesn’t get the opportunity to play it.
The Californian is a beautifully proportioned archtop at 375mm (14.77") lower bout width x 63mm (2.48") depth archtop. This one is carved from a premium, seasoned 40mm, AAA select European flame maple sound-board, with 3-ply laminated one piece back and sides, and a three piece flame maple neck. It is is fitted with solid flame maple binding throughout. The fingerboard, floating bridge, finger-rest & tailpiece are all crafted in solid Indian ebony, and the saddle is bone. This one is finished in antique blonde oil which aging beautifully as you can probably tell from the pictures. The superb acoustic dynamics are complimented perfectly with a floating Kent Armstrong Slimbucker. all complementing this guitar's bright, rich tones. This one is custom fitted with a single volume pot located in the upper waist position leaving the soundboard to be uncluttered. This Californian is fitted with stylish cosmo black Gotoh SGS510Z tuners which gives the guitar a contemporary appeal.
This guitar is in excellent condition and has been fully serviced by us, ready for immediate dispatch in a Hiscox Ivory case. So given that we are at manufacturing capacity and only building guitars to order at the moment, this may be a wonderful opportunity for someone who doesn’t want to wait to get a lovely Fibonacci archtop.
